Delivery time is normally 2-4 days.

The delivery time for goods that are in the main warehouse is normally 1-4 days (depending on where in the country the product is to be sent). If products are in high demand, longer delivery times may occur. When pre-ordering, we will state the earliest and latest delivery date for the individual item.

Production time

Certain items such as posters, books and reproduction prints have a production time of 1-4 days. This is listed in the product description. The time varies so much because all images are printed to order, and it then depends on how many orders are at the front of the queue. Delivery time including production time will appear at checkout when you add your postcode.

Unclaimed packages

If you do not collect the order and are otherwise completely passive, this will not give us any indication as to why the package has not been collected. You will then not have met the requirements set for you in accordance with § 11 and § 13 of the Right of Withdrawal Act, and thus lose the right to withdraw from the agreement. When the order is returned as undelivered, it will be credited in full and the goods returned to stock. We then issue a separate invoice for postage two ways, plus an unclaimed fee of NOK. 300, to cover our handling costs. If the order has been prepaid, we will offset this invoice against the credit note and in this way reduce the refund.
